Who
are we?

Hi! I'm Yasmine, founder of The Dice Guild! I got into RPGs back in 2017, starting with the Naheulbeuk universe. My top picks for RPGs are Forbidden Lands, Pirate Borg, and Coriolis. At The Dice Guild, I wear many hats, from communications to design to development.

And I'm Baptiste! I'm co-creator of the site and freelance web developer One of my great passions is roleplaying: I've been a GM since 2017 and I love offering my players very open stories, mainly in the universes of Naheulbeuk, Forbidden Lands and Pirate Borg. On the site, I handle development, production deployment and design.
Recently, we both co-wrote and illustrated a 15-page scenario titled Wrath of the Coatl for the game Pirate Borg on itch.io!
A challenging organization…
As role-players, we’ve always struggled to nail down consistent game times with our friends. Hours upon hours were spent in never-ending chat discussions, trying to coordinate schedules and accommodate last-minute changes. It got so frustrating that we eventually took a break from gaming for a while!
…but a stronger urge to play…
After a year without RPGs, we were longing for the activity again. That’s why, during our college years, we came up with a small website to collect our friends’ availabilities to help us organize our game sessions. It completely revolutionized our approach to gaming! This tool quickly became essential, and we couldn’t imagine running a single session without it. Thanks to this tool, we managed to schedule 2 to 4 games per month without the hassle of planning and rediscovered the pure enjoyment of playing.
...and thus, The Dice Guild was born!
By sharing our site with other game masters, we discovered that many of them were dealing with similar organizational issues and expressed interest in using a tool like ours. That’s how The Dice Guild came to be! We incorporated features from our existing tool and added others based on feedback gathered from surveys we conducted.
