Communities
Whether you're an online community, an association, a store, organizing an event, a Westmarch, or any other type of group, this feature is for you. It will allow you to centralize your games and make it easier for game masters to organize sessions without having to add the entire community to their guild.
To get started, you might have noticed a new category has appeared in the menu: Community.

Clicking on it will take you to the list of your communities. If you're not part of any yet, don't worry, we'll fix that quickly!
To explore all available communities, click on the tab All Communities. You'll find a comprehensive list of accessible communities ready to welcome you.

Join a Community
You will arrive on a page listing all the available communities on the site. Browse the list to find the one you'd like to join, then click the Join button.

A form will then appear. You have two options: either someone has given you an access code for the community, in which case go to the With Access Code tab. Fill in the code and validate it. If the code is correct, you'll be automatically added to the community.

If no one has provided you with a code, stay on the With Presentation tab. Here, you can write a short introduction that will be visible to the community administrator. This description is optional: you can submit the form without it, but it can help facilitate your admission.
Once your presentation is submitted, it will need to be validated by the community administrator.

Once you're a member of the community, go to the Game tab and select Create Game. Fill in the usual information for your game.
To associate your game with your community, select Community in the Visibility field. A new field will appear next to it, titled Community, where you can choose the community where you want to publish your game.

The members of this community can now be selected from the list of available players.
Quick Tip : If you create a campaign, the information you select will automatically carry over to the sessions in that campaign. No need to select the guild, universe, etc., for each session anymore.
Need to add a player who isn't registered?

Community Details
Now you're in the details of your community. As the owner, you can see various tabs:

There are two ways to enter a community: by sending a message and submitting an application in the Join Requests section or via a code. Let's focus on codes for now.
Add an Access Code
To add a code, go to the Manager tab and click Add a New Code. A form will appear with a Code field. Simply fill it out.
Note, this is not a password but an access code. Use the same format as for beta access codes, for example: SENLIS2024, NOVEMBER2024, etc. Once validated, the code will appear in the list with its date of addition. If needed, it can be deleted at any time.

Managing Join Requests
For users who submitted a presentation, simply go to the Join Requests tab. The number of pending requests is displayed in parentheses in this tab.

Once on the corresponding page, requests will be presented as cards, with the member's message displayed. Simply choose to accept or reject each request.

You can leave a community at any time. Once you do, you will no longer be able to participate in its games, either as an organizer or a participant.
Go to the community options and select

Warning: If you leave a community, all games created within it will be deleted.
As the owner of a community, you can remove a member. This means the user will no longer have access to the community’s games, sessions, etc.
Go to the community details, then to the Members tab.

Go to the community options and select

Warning: If you kick a member, all games they created within the community will be deleted.
