The Dice Guild offers a complete notification system to keep you informed of important events. You can choose to receive these notifications via email, discord, or directly in your browser through push notifications. Customize your notification preferences to stay updated on what matters to you.
Push notifications are alerts that appear directly on your device, even when you’re not on the site. They allow you to receive The Dice Guild's native notifications (game invitations, added to a game, etc.) directly on your computer or phone.
Add push notifications
Go to your profile by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen.
Go to the Alerts tab.
Go to the Push Notifications category.
Click on the Subscribe to push notifications button.
Remove push notifications
In the same Push Notifications category, click on the Unsubscribe from push notifications button.
Discord notifications are alerts that will be sent to you as private messages on Discord.
Add Discord notifications
Go to your profile by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen.
Go to the Settings tab.
Go to the Discord section.
Click on the Link my Discord account button. You’ll then need to authorize access to your username, avatar, and banner.
You need a link with the Discord bot. To do so, you have two options: Join The Dice Guild Discord community or Add the Discord bot to your server.
Option 1: Join The Dice Guild Discord Community
By joining The Dice Guild Discord community, you'll establish a link with the bot and gain access to various community channels.
Feel free to chat with us, ask questions, or share suggestions.
Click on the Join The Dice Guild Community button.
Option 2: Add the Discord Bot to Your Server
If you prefer, you can add the Discord bot to your server.
Click on the Add the Discord bot to your server button. Then select the server where you want to add the bot.
Click on the Remove the link with my Discord account button.
If you wish, you can remove the link between your Discord account and The Dice Guild.
Click on the Remove the link with my Discord account button.
You can choose which notifications you want to receive via email and/or Discord.
Select Your Preferences
For each notification category, you can choose whether to receive it via email and/or Discord.
Go to your profile by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen.
Go to the Alerts tab.
If the box is unchecked, you will not receive the notification.
Check the notifications you want to receive.
